Terms and Conditions:

  1. All projects will be commenced on a 100% advance payment.
  2. We provide you three different draft designs for review and selection. Upon finalizing, two revisions will be offered free of cost to incorporate the changes notified by the client.
  3. If the client is not satisfied with the initial three draft designs, new drafts will be created at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per draft.
  4. On receiving the drafts, the client is supposed to respond within 15 days for review and collection of the final output. If the client fails to respond within 15 days period, it is assumed that the project shall be deemed to complete. Revision assistance shall not be made, or it may lead to additional charges applicable per revisions.
  5. For Business card, letterhead, and envelope single draft design and two revisions is included in the package. Additional drafts and revisions are chargeable
  6. The final output file shall be provided in any format (jpeg, png, pdf, cdr or Ai) as per the requirement of the client.
  7. Payments received are Nonrefundable. Clients shall avail of alternate services instead of a refund.
  8. 18% GST applicable, additionally for all services.
